The RPG staff, experienced in a variety of industries, comes together with a strong blend of business sense, entrepreneurial drive, and a broad knowledge base, making it a unique real estate development firm in New England.  Our staff has been successful in many industries including financial services, biotech research and development, pharmaceutical consulting, education, marketing, and medical services and staffing.  Our President has worked extensively in construction financing in Europe.

We have a Licensed Contractor and a Realtor^® on staff to offer advice and supervision during each project.  We are a multilingual and technologically focused company that believes in strong workmanship, open communication, and maintaining the small company mentality that has served us well for decades.
